We guide you through the buying process, gathering information we will need, as you decide what system is right for you.
Then, based on your answers, we filter through our products to narrow down your options and fit you to a final few. From there, you make the final decision as to which unit to purchase for your home.
Comfort Consultant Appointment
Once you have purchased your new system, we will call you to schedule an appointment with one of our Comfort Consultants. During your appointment, our Comfort Consultant will do an on-site survey of your home. We will measure your existing unit, inspect the ductwork, and make sure the new system you’ve selected for your home is the proper unit for you.
During this time, we will also get to know you better in order to make sure your system is customized for your home, your family, and your needs. We work around your schedule to make this process as streamlined as possible. After your appointment with our Comfort Consultant is complete, we will then schedule a time and day for installation.
Schedule Your Installation
After the Comfort Consultant assures that the correct unit has been purchased, you will then schedule your installation day. During installation, you don’t have to do anything. You don’t even have to be home. We will bring all the necessary tools and equipment to do both, install your new HVAC system and remove and haul away your old one.
Once your new unit is installed, we will also run a manufacturer’s startup to ensure your system is up and running properly before we leave the job site. We make sure all questions and concerns you may have are answered before we head out.
Our work continues long after installation day has come and gone. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns that should arise, we’re here to take care of you. If you experience difficulty with your new equipment, your individual installer will be contacted right away to schedule a visit to come re-inspect your equipment, evaluate the problem, and find a solution.
